Chiku – Bamboo
Bai – Plum tree

Pine trees and bamboos are symbols of luck because they don’t die down in winter cold.
Plum blossoms are also lucky symbols. They bloom in cold winter, before spring comes.
All these three bear the cold weather, they are strong, so we believe they bring us happiness.
