I often listen to classical music in the morning, and jazz in the evening.
From the albums I’ve been listening to lately
Opportunity develops people
By chance, I came across this live performance while searching for the song above.
My guess may be wrong, but I felt like top-notch artists and students (?) were performing together.
I don’t know what the situation was, but I watched it until the end.
There are many different genres of art, and I think opportunities like this are great for nurturing people.
We Japanese should also be more proactive in such efforts in a variety of genres.
I felt that strongly.
The last two songs are really great. (It’s long, so if you don’t have time, please listen to just the last two songs. After 1 hour and 13 minutes. including encore). I played the drums when I was in high school and university, so I often focus on the drums, but this performance was truly amazing, a true master.

The potter who made the chawan pictured here has also had the opportunity to exhibit and has made great progress.

Thank you.
