Incomprehensible

We often buy and enjoy drinking matcha powder made by a tea company in Uji. It seems that a product very similar to that of that company is being sold in a neighboring country. I don’t know the details, but it seems that a lawsuit has been filed between the two companies. However, the Kyoto District Court dismissed the lawsuit filed by the Uji company. I recall that the trademark “BIZEN YAKI (Bizen ware)” was previously registered in a neighboring country, causing some problems. There are many other things, but I find it hard to understand these things. Frankly, we don’t understand.
This is a bad thing I learned recently.
The good thing is that my neighbors are all nice people and they gave me flowers that are blooming in their homes. I took some pictures of the flowers. Another thing was that a customer who has been a customer of ours for about 20 years since our time in Tokyo came to our gallery and we had a great time.
We appreciate your patronage over the years.
