A camellia was placed in a tsubo that is thought to have been made about 400 years ago.
There was life again in the tsubo.

Why not add more flowers? Why not decorate it more luxuriously?
For tea ceremonies, camellias with swollen buds can be used.
This is because it is the most lively state and is not too flashy.
It is said that it is good to display it to look like it is blooming in a field.
A natural and simple atmosphere is preferred, rather than an elaborate or showy appearance.
The Japanese sensibility is unique.

Because they play a very good role and create a good atmosphere.
In the past, it is highly likely that grains and tea leaves were placed inside this tsubo.
With a portion broken, you can insert a branch into the gap.
The wood material also creates a more harmonious relationship between the plant branches and the pottery.
